Plans for a 240,000 sq ft headquarters for Croydon council have been submitted this week.
The £90m building will replace the authority’s 1960s offices at Taberner House, and sit alongside the town hall, clocktower, library and nearby
The council will consolidate from six buildings to the HQ.
This is the first scheme to come out of John Laing’s and Croydon’s £450m, 25-year urban regeneration vehicle.
