HSBC is to shut even more branches as it switches more of its business online.
A further 69 branches will be closed between July and October, ranging from sites in Falmouth to Inverness.
The closures will leave HSBC with just 441 branches, after it closed 82 locations last year and 28 in 2020.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
