HSBC has signed a 36,500 sq ft prelet at The Pollen Estate’s new office scheme on Cork Street, W1.
The bank’s private banking arm is thought to be paying nearly £110 per sq ft for the pre-completion letting of 7 Cork Street. The lease is for 10 years.
The scheme will also deliver 19,000 sq ft of gallery space when completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
