HSBC takes space at Temple Quay

HSBC has taken 8,500 sq ft of prime office space from law firm Bond Pearce at 3, Temple Quay, Bristol.   Bond Pearce took the majority of the building from Rok Development last year and has now sub-let a floor to the bank, which intends to use the space as a training facility.   3, Temple Quay is the newest building on the city centre office scheme and is almost completely let, with only 3,850 sq ft remaining.   King Sturge acted for Bond Pearce.
