German bank HSH Nordbank has provided funding of €161m for a portfolio owned by German listed housing company Deutsche Wohnen.
The portfolio contains 5,100 residential units, comprising a total of 311,000 m2, located in Braunschweig, Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden.
Deutsche Wohnen plans to hold the portfolio as a long-term investment.
