HSS Hire has taken a 15-year lease on 47,700 sq ft at Canmorr’s and UBS’s Worton Grange industrial park in Reading.
HSS, which had been in discussions for a build-to-suit Thames Valley distribution centre in Bracknell, has agreed to pay £8.25 per sq ft.
LSH and Haslams acted for the landlords.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
