PMB Holdings has selected Hub by Premier Inn as its hotel partner for the regeneration of 90-104 Berwick Street, W1.
The 110-bed hotel will form part of the £105m regeneration, which comprises 84,500 sq ft of mixed-use space, including 13 shops, 16 flats and improvements to the public realm.
