Hub grows acquisitions team with JLL hire

BTR, co-living and PBSA developer Hub has appointed Adam Smith as senior acquisitions manager. Smith joins with more than 12 years of development experience, specialising in residential land transactions, having worked on schemes in London including Borough Triangle, the Aylesham Centre in Peckham, Vauxhall Square and Quayside Lodge in Fulham.  Most recently, he facilitated land disposal and asset repositioning opportunities for both institutional and private clients as part of JLL’s land and development team. Prior to that, he served as senior land manager for Berkeley Group and was a member of CBRE’s central London development team. In his new role, Smith will work closely with head of acquisitions Miles Keeley and land acquisition manager Rory Martin to find new opportunities for Hub as it looks to grow the portfolio.
