Hub plans Wembley office-to-resi

Chesterfield-HouseResidential developer HUB has submitted plans for a 239-home redevelopment of Chesterfield House in Wembley, north-west London.

The office building, bought with social impact investor Bridges Ventures, will be knocked down and replaced with two towers of 26 and 21 storeys, a community centre and redeveloped public realm.

The Maccreanor Lavington Architects-designed plans include 103 flats at discounted market rent. The remaining flats will be offered for sale.
