London residential developer HUB has restructured its business and promoted key members of its staff, with development director Steve Sanham now managing director.
Other promotions include Marcio Sugui, who becomes group finance director, Damien Sharkey, who takes the role of associate director of development, and Ed Hamilton, confirmed as head of acquisitions. Bakoly Robinson has been promoted to community engagement manager.
HUB was set up in 2012 to focus on delivering mid-market housing in the capital. Its most recent acquisition, in partnership with Bridges Ventures, is Taberner House – Croydon Council’s former offices – where HUB will deliver 500 homes across a mix of tenures and also revamp the nearby Queen’s Gardens.
