Hub strengthens senior team with investor relations appointment

Hub has appointed Ty Turner in a newly created role of head of investor relations.

His appointment comes as the developer looks to grow its portfolio of schemes across the UK, using mixed-use, living-led sites as a catalyst for regeneration and housing delivery.

Turner joins Hub from Knight Frank, where he was an associate in the capital advisory team. He specialised in raising capital for acquisitions, development and joint ventures on behalf of developers, operators and investment managers across all sectors but with a particular focus on living.

Robert Sloss, chief executive of Hub, said: “Ty’s appointment further strengthens Hub’s senior team as we continue our focus on acquiring sites across the UK and exploring new funding opportunities. Already this year we have entered into new ventures with global investment firm HIG Capital and CDL, the Singapore-based real estate developer.

“We have also strengthened our long-standing partnership with Bridges, with more sites being acquired, and schemes being funded and achieving planning. Ty’s appointment follows the internal promotion of Miles Keeley to head of acquisitions this summer, two strategic appointments that will be key to Hub’s growth.”
