E-commerce fulfilment company Huboo has taken new warehouse space in Bristol as it maps out further UK expansion.
The company has signed a deal for 63,900 sq ft at Canmoor’s More+ scheme in Central Park, adding to a unit it took last year. The space is in the scheme’s second phase, comprising six detached units ranging from 20,000 sq ft to 94,000 sq ft.
Chief financial officer Peter Edgar said the new letting was “a core part of our strategic plans to scale globally and came in response to soaring market demand”.
Josh Gunn, head of the Bristol office at BNP Paribas Real Estate, which has advised Huboo on several lettings, said: “The strength of the regions is driving competition among occupiers for high-quality warehouses in excellent distribution locations. To allow aspirational businesses like Huboo to expand and grow, greater supply must be addressed across the South West market.”
Russell Property Consultants, Knight Frank and DTRE represented Canmoor.
