Hugo Boss is enlarging its BOSS store in Liverpool ONE to 4,158 sq ft.
It has signed a 10-year lease for the new shop, which will offer BOSS womenswear in the city for the first time and is scheduled to open in autumn.
Miles Dunnett, director of portfolio management at Grosvenor Fund Management, said: “BOSS’s decision to double its presence in Liverpool ONE reflects the brand’s strong performance on Peter’s Lane. It is also consistent with our commitment to creating a combination of brands that is unavailable elsewhere in the region.”
