Upmarket fashion brand Hugo Boss is to open a flagship store on Nottingham’s Bridlesmith Gate.
Hugo Boss has agreed to take a 2,290 sq ft shop at 31 Bridlesmith Gate on a 25-year lease assignment from Café Rouge Restaurants, part of the Tragus Restaurant Group. A rent of £245,000 pa has been agreed.
Hugo Boss previously had a franchise store on St Peters Gate in Nottingham, which is to be rebranded as a Thackeray’s fashion outlet.
