Hunt is on for RICS Young Surveyor of the Year 2019

The 2019 RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Awards is open for entries.

Established in 2014 to recognise and reward the most inspirational young surveying professionals in the UK, there are 10 awards categories  representing key areas of practice.

The RICS said the profession has seen an increase in new talent entering the industry, with around 1,520 young people aged 18-30 qualifying as surveyors in 2018, compared with 1,125 in 2013.

There has also been an increase in female surveyors entering the awards – including last year’s overall winner, Laura Collins of Rider Levett Bucknall.
