North West developer Huntsmere has submitted plans for a 50,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme in central Liverpool.
Aura comprises 38,000 sq ft of grade A offices on eight storeys to be known as Vetro 12,000 sq ft of shops and leisure and 70 flats.
The site on the corner of Victoria and Crosshall Streets includes the Tinlings Building, Crosshall Buildings and the former Juvenile Court. GVA Grimley and Keppie Massie are advising.
