Hurst Warne has extended the gap in EG’s leaderboard of the top contributors in Surrey with a 35,374 sq ft office deal in Walton on the Hill.
It puts the agent in third position on 134,095 sq ft across 27 deals, leaving Lambert Smith Hampton in fourth place with 93,984 sq ft transacted. JLL (251,769 sq ft) tops the leaderboard, followed by Cushman & Wakefield (218,688 sq ft) with four deals. CBRE (54, 717 sq ft across seven deals) rounds out the top five.
