Hercules Unit Trust and La Salle Investment Management’s Deepdale Shopping Park in Preston, Lancashire, is now fully let following a deal with homeware retailer Wilko.
It has signed for a 10,400 sq ft shop on a 10-year lease at the 280,000 sq ft shopping park.
A £16m extension at the centre completed last year delivering an additional 45,000 sq ft of retail space which was 100% prelet to Wren Living, Sofaworks, Harveys and Oak Furniture Land.
HUT recently completed an £80m investment programme across its four assets, extending the retail and leisure space by 300,000 sq ft.
This included new signings of M&S taking 80,000 sq ft of space, Fat Face signing a 10-year lease deal for a 6,000 sq ft shop and Wagamama completing a twenty year lease for a restaurant at Glasgow Fort Shopping Park.
