Hyundai has abandoned plans for an electronics plant in Fife, Scotland,in the wake of the parent group’s economic problems in South Korea.
Another South East Asian company LG Electronics is pressing aheadwith plans for a factory in Wales. The company is investing £1.7bnin the region.
