Town Centre Securities has appointed Ian Marcus and Paul Huberman as non-executive directors.
Veteran banker Marcus is chairman of the Bank of England’s Property Forum and former president of the British Property Federation. He has previously held positions at UBS, Bank of America, NatWest and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Huberman was previously finance director at Granchester Holdings, Asda Property holdings and Regent Inns. He is also non-executive director at JCRA Group, the holding company of JC Rathbone Associates.
Their roles will take effect from 1 January.
Town Centre Securities is a UK investment and development company with around £300m of assets under management.
