ICG-Longbow raised £485m for its Fund IV during the year to the end of May 2016. It has since raised a further £129m.
The fund has now brought in £849m, allowing it to deploy £550m in whole loans, mezzanine finance and equity into 40 deals.
One of these was £80m to finance Shiva Hotels’ purchase of the car park at 74-77 Welbeck Street, W1, (above) in March. The alternative lender now has around £3bn in assets under management.
