ICG has hired Goldman Sachs’ Greg Minson as global head of asset management for its real estate business.
Minson was most recently global chief operating officer for the real estate group in the asset and wealth management division. He also previously led the realty management division in Europe and Asia, and was chief financial officer of the European special situations group.
Minson has more than 25 years of experience at Goldman Sachs across multiple divisions, regions and leadership positions, having joined as an analyst in 1998.
At ICG, Minson will be based in London and work closely with global head of real estate Krysto Nikolic to grow the platform. He will provide global leadership across asset and fund management, debt capital markets, as well as portfolio finance and operational functions, and join the real estate investment committee.
Nikolic said: “His extensive experience across asset and fund management in complex real estate investing businesses will be immensely valuable as we continue to scale our real estate platform across strategies and geographies.”
