Turnstone Estates’ bid to increase Iconix Park in Cambridge by 65,150 sq ft, has been given the go-ahead.
The extension will mean that Iconix comprises 109,470 sq ft of business space on eight acres at Sawston.
Chris Goldsmith, managing director at Turnstone Estates, said: “We are already in prelet discussions and believe the superb location will attract both office and research and development occupiers”.
