Xizhimen Mall in Beijing – CapitaLand’s 93,000m2 shopping centre in the Chinese capital, which is scheduled for completion this year – was one of hundreds of retail schemes on show at the International Council of Shopping Centres convention in Las Vegas last week. The exhibition at the Las Vegas Hilton was attended by 65,000 people.
