Swedish developer Anders Nisses has bagged another tenant for its Four Millbank scheme, SW1. World Bank Group member International Finance Corporation is to take 2,500 sq ft of offices.
The financier joins the BBC, which has taken 18,650 sq ft of offices as a central London base for news and current affairs, and ITN, which has taken 4,250 sq ft to accommodate its political and current affairs unit.
