Reusable packaging producer IFCO Systems UK has agreed a prelet for the largest warehouse at Prism Park in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
It has agreed to take a 153,323 sq ft industrial building to be delivered by BentallGreenOak and Equation Properties by the end of this year. Winvic has been appointed as the general contractor on the scheme.
The 10-acre development site was bought from Homes England in 2022. The project measures 210,000 sq ft across two buildings and will be constructed to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.
CBRE, alongside Avison Young, advised BentallGreenOak and Equation Properties on the acquisition and subsequent preletting.
