Aviva’s Igloo fund has submitted plans for a £100m redevelopment of a 3.7-acre site in Brixton, SW9.
The community-led regeneration of Somerleyton Road will be developed by Igloo on behalf of Lambeth council, Ovalhouse Theatre and Brixton Green.
The Metropolitan Workshop-designed scheme includes 303 rental homes, 50% of which will be affordable, a new home for the Ovalhouse Theatre, and community amenities.
Lambeth council owns the freehold of the site.
