Ignis buys Puma trade park for £8.1m

The Ignis UK Property Fund has bought the Puma Trade Park in Mitcham, Surrey, from the AEGON Active Value Property Fund for £8.1m.

The deal for the 11-unit, 47,500 sq ft estate reflects a net initial yield of 6.1%.

The estate comprises a mixture of light industrial, motor-trade and trade-counter tenants including the Dutton Forshaw Motor Company, which trades from four of the units as a Lookers Volkswagen car dealership.

Jones Lang LaSalle represented AEGON; Ignis was advised by Colliers International.
