Ignis Asset Management has instructed agents to advise on the sale of 176–206 Kensington High Street, W8, seeking bids over £62m – a 4.5% yield.
The 56,857 sq ft property – held in the UK Commercial Property Trust – comprises 14 shops and 108 flats. The sale follows lettings to tenants including Yo! Sushi, which last year agreed a deal to operate a 4,400 sq ft restaurant from the building on a 20-year lease.
Colliers International is advising on the sale.
