Ignis sells Kingston-on-Thames shop for 6% yield

 

Ignis Asset Management has sold 45 – 49 Clarence Street, Kingston-upon-Thames in Surrey, to Trinity College Cambridge, for £12.25m and a 6% yield.

 

The 10,000 sq ft freehold investment is let to US clothing retailer Gap.

 

Rupert Guy, partner at Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, said: “This is a good test for the market.”
