InterContinental Hotels Group Plc will pay $430 million to purchase Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in the U.S.
The purchase will add 62 hotels to IHG’s stable, as well as 16 being built. Kimpton is the largest independent boutique hotel and restaurant operator in the U.S.
