The International Institute for Environment & Development has signed for a 12,000 sq ft office building on Gray’s Inn Road in London’s Midtown.
The sustainable development non-profit organisation has taken the entire 12,146 sq ft building at 80-86 Gray’s Inn Road, WC1, across the lower ground, ground and five upper floors.
It has taken the space on a 10-year lease, with a five-year rent review, at £17 per sq ft.
The institute was represented by Hargreaves Newbury Gyngell. The landlord was a private client of Farebrother and Richard Susskind.
