WATCH: Ilke Homes, a British modular homes business specialising in off-site manufacturing, has announced series of new partnerships with Homes England, Newcastle City Council, Keepmoat Homes and Engie.
The partnerships will deliver an additional 56 new modular properties across the UK, with Ilke planning to deliver up to 2,000 modular homes a year.
At this week’s CIH Housing Conference in Manchester, it installed homes in less than 48 hours in Manchester’s city centre to demonstrate the capabilities of modular construction.
