Ilke is planning Britain’s biggest modular village after buying a 43-acre plot in Nottingham from Boots.
It wants to build 622-homes on the site, which will be pre-fabricated in its factory in Knaresborough.
The modular housebuilder said the £100m scheme will be the largest low-rise modular housing development in Britain.
Boots has been searching for a development partner for the site since 2014.
