Illumina, a US-based biotech firm, is taking a 41,500 sq ft prelet at Chesterford Research Park for its European HQ.
Illumina already has laboratory and office space at the 250-acre park in the south Cambridge science cluster, a jv between Morley Fund Management and Churchmanor Estates.
Atisreal and Carter Jonas are the letting agents; Cushman & Wakefield advised Illumina.
