IM Properties is to speculatively build a new 532,000 sq ft unit at Hinckley Park, in the golden triangle in the West Midlands.
Hinckley 532 will be built alongside a 318,254 sq ft unit for DPD, which will be Europe’s largest automated parcel depot.
Another 450,000 sq ft is available at the 82-acre park.
