Grant Bovey, the husband of television presenter Anthea Turner, has taken 10,000 sq ft of offices at Slough Estates’ Farnborough Business Park for the head office of his residential property development company, Imagine Homes. The company, which Bovey set up last year (31 July, p43), this week signed a 10-year lease on the west wing of 25 Templer Avenue at £23.50 per sq ft, with eight months rent-free. Imagine Homes buys off-plan flats in upmarket locations, which it sells on with a guarantee to find a tenant for the first two years at an agreed rent. The company has properties in Kew, Wapping and Manchester.
