Marketing giant IMG Worldwide has shortlisted three West London buildings as preferred options for its new UK headquarters.
The sports, fashion and media business is close to making a decision on its new home, following a six-month hunt with DTZ for a West London offices requirement between 80,000 sq ft and 140,000 sq ft.
US private equity group Blackstone’s Chiswick Park, BAM Properties’ Chiswick Green and Stockley Park, have been selected as preferred options by IMG.
It does have the option to stay at the 150,000 sq ft it leases at McCormack House, Hogarth business park, but agents said the company is expected to move in mid 2014 when the lease expires.
One agent said: “IMG has asked for better use of space, where it can fit more staff into modern offices, where space utilisation is stronger than its current offices, which some believe it has outgrown.”
