IMG Studios has increased the space it occupies at Stockley Park in Uxbridge, west London.
The firm has agreed a new nine-year lease for 25,128 sq ft at recently refurbished 4 Longwalk Road. It already occupies 114,000 sq ft at neighbouring 5 Longwalk Road.
Quoted rents at the business park are around £39.50.
IMG Studios represents stars such as opera singer Katherine Jenkins and tennis player Maria Sharapova, and has managed and operated events including London Fashion Week and the Wimbledon tennis championships.
Stuart Paterson, asset manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments, said: “In 4 Longwalk Road we have invested significant capital expenditure to create a ‘best in class’ product, and to ensure that we attract major global occupiers to Stockley Park.
“With ongoing discussions with other parties for the remainder of the space, we are confident that we will achieve full occupation in the near future, which will benefit our underlying clients over the long term.”
