Immobel Capital Partners, the London-based investment management business of Belgium’s Immobel Group, has hired a founder of Tristan Capital Partners as its head of capital and investor relations.
Monica O’Neill runs her own consulting firm, ENSO Advisors, before which she was one of the founding partners of Tristan.
At Immobel Capital Partners, she will work alongside chief executive Duncan Owen, the former global head of real estate at Schroders, who launched the business earlier this year.
This month Immobel bought its first asset, White Rose Office Park in Leeds, to kick-start its green office strategy.
