Immsi, the Italian property group of which a majority stake was sold by Telecom Italia to Beni Stabili and Lehman Brothers, registered results of €118,785 (ITL230m) in the first quarter of 2001. The group’s operating profits were of €55,777 (ITL108m) with L6.5bn in returns.
