Impact Healthcare has bought two care homes in Kent for £14m and gained a new tenant.
Belmont Healthcare, which will run the homes, is the group’s 14th tenant.
One home is a purpose-built, 120-bedroom property split over four units, each with 30 beds. It also has a generous site with significant potential for future development.
The second is the sale and leaseback of a 48-bed home currently owned and operated by Belmont.
