The Imperial War Museum Duxford is seeking a development partner to help it bring two opportunities on its Cambridgeshire estate to market.
The museum is on the hunt for a developer for a 120-bedroom hotel on the public side of the site and for 25,000 sq ft of offices in the historic former officers’ mess, located on the north side of its private estate.
It is asking for expressions of interest to be submitted by 21 October. A preferred partner is expected to be selected in early 2012.
