Imry has let the final three units at Greenways, the 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) office scheme in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Reebok International, Lucent Technologies at Work Systems, and Science Systems took a total of 1,114 sq m (12,000 sq ft) at rents of £156 per sq m (£14.50 per sq ft).
Imry director Kean Hird confirmed the company would not put the investment on the market: “Given the acute shortage of space in this part of Wiltshire it is inevitable that rents will start to rise,” he said.
Among the existing tenants at the development are Lloyds Bank, the Inland Revenue and the Crown Prosecution Service.
Hartnell Taylor Cook advised Imry while Irving Taylor acted for Reebok and Richard Ellis for Lucent Technologies.
