Imry International are planning a 41,000-sq ft office and housing development in Victoria. The site — at 199 Buckingham Palace Road — was bought from the London Electricity Board, and Imry will be undertaking the project with a partner.
The company have also raised £3.5m from the sale of Garden House, Hamish Hamilton’s former premises in Long Acre, London WC2, to the Finlan Group, who will be refurbishing it for 14,000 sq ft of offices.
Imry paid £2.8m for the property earlier in the year.
