Colliers expands in the North
Colliers CRE has appointed Matthew Mears to head its new northern auction department, based at the firm’s Manchester office. Mears moves from the firm’s asset and property management department. Head of auctions Simon Riggall said: “His brief will be to enlarge the business in Leeds and Manchester and to hold more sales in the region.”
Chaste adds Midlands sale
West London-based Chaste Property Auctions is to hold its first Midlands sale on 4 October at Aston Villa football club.
New venue for Venmore
The Venmore Partnership will have a new venue for its sale on Monday, 5 September. It will be in action at the Marriott Hotel in Queen’s Square, Liverpool, selling a catalogue of 138 lots.
