AXA Reim buys office projects

AXA Reim has paid developer Codic €150m for three forward-funded office projects in France. The developments, near Lille, Paris and Toulouse, total 45,000 m2 and are due for completion in 2009.

Prologis expands in Poland

Prologis is to develop and lease more than 102,000 m2 of industrial space in Poland. The company signed new lease agreements last month with tenants including DHL, Vobis, Fiege and Rhenus Fastrack. Prologis now has more than 1.72m m2 of industrial space owned, managed or under development in the country. “Leasing and development activity across Poland continues to be exceptional,” said Michael de Jong-Douglas, managing director for ProLogis in central and eastern Europe.

Paris office sold to BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas REIM has spent €66.6m on a French office development. The 10,200 m2 project, in Courbevoie, north-west Paris, was sold by AEW Europe.

FdR acquires French offices

French property company Foncière des Régions has bought a 190,000 m2 office portfolio for €102m from developer Eiffage. The majority of the assets are in the Paris region, and produce annual rents of €8.7m.

LaSalle launches Paris fund

LaSalle Investment Management has launched a new €800m fund. LaSalle Paris Office Venture will target assets in the Paris region with an average size of around €150m-€200m but no more than €400m.
