Inchcape has added five Mercedes Benz and Smart outlets to its portfolio with the acquisition of Southwell Motor Co and it subsidiary, Leadley, for £28m.
The purchase adds dealerships in Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Mansfield and Leicester.
