Indonesian developer Sinar Mas Land has completed its purchase of New Brook Buildings, WC2, for £85m.
It has bought the 95,000 sq ft office block at 8-18 Great Queen Street from Henderson Global Investors.
The price paid reflects a 5.75% net initial yield.
Sinar Mas Land went under offer for the building in February after German fund manager Deka dropped out of the running to buy it.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the buyer; H2SO and Cushman & Wakefield advised the vendor.
