JLL has retained its industrial crown – topping EG’s league table for the second year in a row having held off strong competition from CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton. Nadia Elghamry reports
It has let enough shed space to fill the Vatican City four times over. At 19m sq ft of industrial space disposed of in 2014, JLL is at the top of EG’s industrial leaderboard with a 13% market share.
The top three names remain the same to the previous year but CBRE and LSH have significantly eroded JLL’s lead and its market share, grabbing 6m sq ft more each.
Looking at number of deals alone, LSH would have topped the charts, signing 879 deals, more than any other agent and 45% more than nearest rival JLL.
